I heard a saying the other day that struck me as poignant, “stop seeking so it may appear before you”. As in, stop worrying about things you can't control. Live your life. Work toward your vision. It's in that state; not the frantic chasing, but the steady doing is what makes change happen. I believe everything happens for a reason. But we're not passive in that process. We have free will, and the choices we make directly affect the course our lives take. When we take the time to learn from our past roadblocks instead of resenting them, the road ahead starts to get easier. Those obstacles aren't punishments; they're lessons, and once we've learned them, they stop repeating.
So much of this comes down to trust. Worry less about the seeking, and give more weight to accepting what is. Surrender to the universe, to the divine, to whatever you call it with the confidence that as long as you stand in integrity and live authentically, what's meant for you will find its way to you.
